The staff here are super friendly and really efficient, remembering the names of their tenants and even their personal stories. The conference room booking system works great for me since I use it quite often. They've also assisted me with tech issues, like when I had a problem with the printer on site.

The folks here are what really makes this a fantastic workplace. They're always super friendly, ready to help, and know their stuff when I need support. The location is just awesome. The office is tidy, including all the common areas. All the office gear is in good shape. The atmosphere is safe, peaceful, and quiet, which is exactly what we want. One downside I’d mention is the parking situation in the garage. There’s a waitlist, and not too many spots are available for our floor.

I really liked how roomy the office was. It had two tables: a big one and a smaller round one. The decor was quite nice. There’s a door leading into the office, but you can still catch snippets of other conversations.

I’d definitely come back to this spot.

This place is honestly pretty awesome for work. The vibe is fantastic and the gear is top-notch. I got a bit confused about the rules regarding the 'Meeting Space' and ended up getting called out, but honestly, the way they explained my mistake felt a bit nitpicky to me. I requested a formal quote because I noticed some real advantages for my work. Never received that, though. Plus, parking is a MAJOR issue and can really add up. You'd think they could figure out a way for regulars to snag discounted parking rates from Santa Cruz, right? I mean, having multiple businesses in one spot has tons of perks for everyone, doesn't it? Maybe it was just a missed chance, or perhaps they just didn’t want me sticking around for the long haul. Who knows? I certainly don’t.

The support from the staff was top-notch. We managed to get everything set up and carry on with our plans without any hold-ups, problems, or interruptions. The neighbors were quite peaceful too, and any special needs or inquiries I had were promptly taken care of by the lady at the reception.

For over a dozen years, I've been coming here. The treatment I've received has always been professional and respectful. Both the staff and management are truly exceptional.
